   Today Russian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (RAAPA) at present represents the interests of more than 250 manufacturing companies, parks, FECs and other amusement industry enterprises, from them:

- 170 Russian organizations

- 72  companies from  CIS countries

- 8   companies from European countries

 

Ethics Codex of RAAPA Members

   These rules are accepted by RAAPA as a foundation of all participants’ activity, who personally and collectively promise the following:

• To provide people with clear, healthy, and safe leisure.
• To fulfill the children’s and all guests’ hearts with kindness and gladness during the whole period of their visit.
• To consider perfect service to be an essential part of the company. To take all the guests as if they are the dearest persons, to try make friends with them treating them politely.
•  To work as honest as possible, in order to be respectable by your colleagues. To develop and make stronger the spirit of kindness, co-operation, and support among the workers, colleagues, other companies and associations.

   We believe these rules should be observed by every participant of the Association so that our common business could be popular and respectable as far as entertainment was, is, and will always be an indefeasible part of our life.
