Exhibit Space Sells Out, Sets Record for Euro Attractions Show 2014 in Amsterdam

Premier conference and trade show for the attractions industry in Europe takes place at RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre 23-25 September

(Sept. 22, 2014) – The three-day Euro Attractions Show (EAS) starts at the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre in Amsterdam tomorrow and features a sold-out exhibition floor for the first time in the event’s 11-year history. A record 441 exhibitors from 36 countries will showcase their latest and greatest products and services for the attractions industry on the 11.315 net sq. metres of trade show floor.

The Euro Attractions Show is the largest marketplace in Europe for owners, CEOs, and managers of amusement parks, water parks, family entertainment centres, zoos, aquariums, museums, science centers, and other attractions to shop for the next innovation to enhance their guest experience and drive their business. EAS is managed by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).

"We expect more than 8.500 visitors from 70 countries will participate in EAS 2014. In fact, the very essence of EAS is a meeting place where the industry leaders in Europe can gather, learn and share with each other," said IAAPA Europe Vice-President Karen Staley. "The sold-out exhibit floor is an indication of the strength of the attractions industry in Europe and a testament to EAS’ position as the premier gathering place for industry professionals."

The trade show is open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 until 18:00, and on Thursday from 10:00 until 16:00. In addition to seeing what’s new on the trade show floor, EAS features professional networking events and atotal of 20 hours of workshops and presentations. Top speakers from the sector will share their knowledge on the many developments currently impacting attractions.
